A FREE, two classChildbirth Education Series is held monthly

on the second and third Saturdays!

Spanish (9am-12pm) and English (12:30-3:30pm)!

All classes take place at our Educational Suite which is located at 8425 Dorsey Circle Suite 102 Manassas VA 20110

please call 703 330 3285 between 9am-5pm, Monday-Thursday

A $20 refundable registration fee is required

to hold space for you and your partner.

Labor and Birth Basics

Labor comfort measures for unmedicated childbirth discussed, as well as pain relief medications available for labor and birth.

Class#2-

(The third Saturday of each month)

Birth Plans, and Breastfeeding Basics

Essential tools to care for your baby at home and how to get breast feeding off to a great start!

***It is recommended that you attend these classes

between your 8th and 9th month of pregnancy.
